Privacy policy
Updated 17 October 2026. Enforce operates Enforce. Contact support@getenforce.cv about your information or privacy rights.
Information you choose to use
Your account includes your email address, display name, sign-in credentials and account settings. Enforce stores the goals, habits, plans, focus history, reflections and journal entries you create. Supported sync sends selected records to your account; data that stays on your device is also subject to your device security.
Optional calendar, app-usage, location, camera, microphone and Direct-edition sensor features need the relevant permission. Proof photos, videos and location evidence you submit can be uploaded and shared with recipients you select. Planner learning and proof sharing have separate controls. App-usage observation for planning is processed on your device; the retired usage-snapshot upload endpoint does not accept new uploads.
Permissions and protection
Accessibility access detects selected apps and displays focus boundaries. It is requested through a separate disclosure and consent flow. Optional Usage Access supports usage summaries and quotas. Direct adds stronger protection and approved automation capabilities. You can review permissions in Android settings and learning/sharing controls in Enforce.
Payments, ads and service providers
Google Play and RevenueCat handle Play purchases and verification. Paystack handles Direct website payments. We store purchase references and entitlement history to recognize Pro, prevent duplicate processing, and resolve cancellations and refunds. Card details are entered with the payment provider.
Eligible Play early-exit results may display dismissible Google Mobile Ads. The ads provider can process identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics and IP-derived approximate location under the applicable consent settings. Pro follows the same early-exit ad rules. Direct does not include these ads.
Google sign-in, Firebase notification delivery, email verification, password-reset email, hosting, and any enabled diagnostics providers process information needed to deliver those services. Diagnostics are optional. We use account and service information to operate Enforce, secure accounts, deliver requested messages, support users and investigate failures. We do not describe stored journals as end-to-end encrypted.
Sharing and retention
Community posts and content you choose to share are visible to the corresponding audience. Withdraw optional private sharing in settings. Saved account records remain until removed or an account-deletion request is fulfilled. Provider-linked billing records, unresolved obligations and shared ownership can require a separate retention or handoff review. Service providers have their own retention policies. Backups are protected and expire under the operator’s retention schedule; restoration must reapply completed deletion requests.
Your choices
Use the app’s privacy controls for supported exports, sharing withdrawal and deletion. You can also request account deletion on this website without reinstalling the app. Contact support@getenforce.cv for access, correction, retention questions or help completing a request. Enforce’s initial release is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
