Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Enforce account and associated account data here without reinstalling Enforce.

1. Sign in to request deletion using the same email or Google account as Enforce.
2. Review the account shown, confirm the deletion checkbox, then choose Delete my account.
3. Read the result. A completed request removes eligible account records and owned uploaded evidence. If provider-linked billing or shared ownership requires review, the account is disabled and deletion stays pending.

Cancel subscriptions with Google Play or Paystack as well; deleting the app or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel provider billing. You can still open Direct subscription management after a pending deletion request by signing in again.

If you cannot sign in, or the request needs review, email support@getenforce.cv from your account address with the subject “Enforce account deletion”. We will need to verify ownership. Do not include your password. Financial records and unresolved shared ownership may be retained while the review is resolved; ask support which records remain and why.
